This record has four Ragas – Chandrakauns , Jog , Malkauns and Bhairavi. Raga Chandrakauns – heard here can be regarded as a sub melody of Malkauns. Raga Jog – is also controversial and is therefore in practice in different versions. Raga Malkauns – is one of the oldest ragas with a perennial appeal. Raga Bhairavi – is heard here in instrumental duet and it signifies the end of grand series.
